Reylix Connector Licence Agreement

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. What this covers

This agreement covers your use of any Reylix connector (each a “Connector”), provided by Reylix Inc., a company based in Ontario, Canada (“Reylix”, “we”). By connecting a business system to a Connector, or by signing in to one, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you work for (the “Client”).

Each Connector’s schedule at the end adds terms specific to it. If the Client has a signed agreement with Reylix that covers a Connector, that agreement wins wherever it differs from this one.

2. What a Connector is

A Connector lets the AI assistant your team uses (for example Claude or ChatGPT) read and record information in the Client’s business systems. People ask the AI assistant to do something; the AI assistant calls the Connector; the Connector checks that the person is allowed to do it and then calls the business system.

Connectors are provided only to Reylix clients, through a separate copy set up for each Client. They aren’t self-serve products.

3. Licence

While the Client is a Reylix client in good standing, Reylix grants the Client’s authorised people a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Connector for the Client’s own business. You may not resell it, share access with people who aren’t on the Client’s access list, try to get around its permissions or limits, or use it to reach any system or company the Client isn’t entitled to.

4. Who can use it

  • Only people on the Client’s access list can sign in, using their work Google or Microsoft account.
  • An administrator of each connected system connects it to the Connector, and confirms they’re entitled to do so.
  • Each person gets a role that decides what they can see and do. Reylix maintains the access list at the Client’s request.
  • The Client must tell Reylix promptly when someone should lose access, for example when they leave.

5. The Client stays responsible

  • A Connector carries out what the AI assistant asks for, within the person’s role and the Client’s limits. AI assistants can make mistakes. The Client is responsible for reviewing what is recorded and approving the actions it wants done automatically.
  • The Client decides which actions run without a person approving them (in Claude or ChatGPT’s own settings) and accepts the result of those choices.
  • Nothing a Connector or an AI assistant produces is accounting, tax or legal advice.

6. Other services

Connectors depend on services Reylix doesn’t control, each under its own terms:

  • The connected business system, named in the Connector’s schedule. Its provider isn’t a party to this agreement and isn’t responsible for the Connector.
  • The AI assistant the Client’s team chooses (Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI’s ChatGPT or another). Information a Connector returns is shown inside that service under the Client’s own account with that provider.
  • Google or Microsoft, for sign-in and, where the Client uses them, for saving files to Drive or OneDrive.
  • Google Cloud in Canada, where Reylix runs the Client’s copy.

Reylix isn’t responsible for outages, changes or errors in those services.

7. Data

The Client owns its data. How Reylix handles it is described in each Connector’s privacy policy. Reylix uses the Client’s data only to provide the Connector to the Client.

8. Disconnecting and ending use

  • The Client can disconnect a system at any time from that system’s own settings, or by asking Reylix.
  • Reylix can suspend a person or a connection straight away if it believes there’s a security risk or a breach of these terms, and will tell the Client.
  • When the Client stops using a Connector, Reylix disconnects it and removes access. The activity log is kept as described in the privacy policy.

9. No warranty

Connectors are provided “as is”. Reylix works to keep them reliable and secure but doesn’t promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every action an AI assistant asks for will be correct.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Reylix isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Reylix’s total liability arising from a Connector is limited to the fees the Client paid Reylix for that Connector in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

Reylix may update the Connectors and these terms. We’ll tell Clients about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use a Connector after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Schedule A: QuickBooks Online Connector

  • The connected system is Intuit QuickBooks Online. Intuit isn’t a party to this agreement and isn’t responsible for the Connector.
  • A QuickBooks primary or company administrator connects each company file.
  • The Connector never deletes or voids QuickBooks records and never moves money. Recording a payment in QuickBooks doesn’t pay anyone.
  • The Client remains responsible for its accounting, tax filings (including GST/HST) and payments.
  • A company file can be disconnected in QuickBooks under Apps, or by asking Reylix. See Disconnecting.
  • Privacy: QuickBooks connector privacy policy.
